I was totally impressed with TripleB333's play this Sunday in league play. I had the pleasure to play with him from beginning table til he went to the final table. He had 2 huge laydowns early in the tournament. The first was trip tens and I think the second was AK with AK on board. Both hands would have been losers and he had enough discipline to lay them both down. If they were my hands, I would have been out on the first but Trip hung in there like a champion. His chip stack fell to under 500 and he played short stacked all the way until the final 2 tables. And when the fat lady sang TripleB333 ended up in second place. I would like to say that I think we need to raise the bounty on Burke to 100 points...LOL. No seriously I would like to congratulate Trip on awesome tournament. Thank You, Tbone313 ;D

Thanks for the extra vote of confidence Tbone. I think at one time I had 285 in chips. I really appreciate the compliments. I did feel bad when I had decent hands and had to raise your big blind. But if I didn't do that I might not have been where I was. Anyway I would like to say that Tbone did a hell of a job at my table. He recieved his first double up in the first half hour. He never lost a chip till we reached two groups of 5. From there its was just a cold cold deck for him and he unfortunately was out on the bubble. Great play Tbone. Thanks to everyone who stayed around to root for me. Dalesbad, Adam, Tbone, Brent07, amarillo, Thanks guys. ;D

heh adam i have the results for the second tourney. Magichandz and hillbilly willy were in front of you so I have you placing third. That should put you at 155 points for the day. But dont hold me to that. Thats 90 plus 25 plus 40. Tbone will have the lead at 170 with me right behind with 162. Again I am not positive but pretty sure. Anyway Thanks for the compliment. As of today I have played in 10 multis and placed third and second. I really need to work on my multi game alot more. Thanks again Adam. Burke. ;D

Oh, man I know Magic I just didn't see his name on the list. d**n I looked a few times too Oh well Tuesday's are for learning our group. Congrats to Magic and hillbilly for taken first and second in our league during the second tourney. Hey Burke I could have taken second place if you would just stop playing so well. Congrats again Burke Tbone you did great job lasting as long as you did on that bubble. You had no choice but to be all-in all of those times and you fought for it to a stay alive, great job. Amarillo Congrats on your very first finally table you played very well and disserved to be there. You keep as well as you did and you will find yourself sitting there a lot more in the future.

I first want to congratulate Burke on a Great job! You are quickly becoming one of the finest players in our league. As for everyone else...Tbone and wtfadam are doing great as well. I am so thorougly impressed by the quality of play that you all exhibit. Very impressive. I remember when I first met TBone...I saw him play and I put a red dot next to his name in my personal notebook to identify players and their level of play. Red dot means GREAT PLAYER!
What is really great is the way you all support one another. That is what this league represents! Sure there is an element of competition, but you guys really impress me with your genuine well wishes for other league players...That is awesome! If all leagues had this type of comeraderie, it would be spectacular.
Congrats to all who earned points and TY to all who participated.

Heh everyone, Randy had another strong showing today in the 11 am 2000 guarantee. He managed to pull out a 12th place finish with skill and ease. Seems that Randy has a knack for making the money. Not your average player here fellas. Looks like Tuesday night will be a very exciting game. Nice job Randy. ;D

Thanks for the 411. Most of you don't know but the 11am 2000 guaranteed is probably the toughest game of the day. It is the best and the biggest tournament in the morning and if you want a challege play this one. You don't get the fish, the average player or the drunk playing here. Only the players making their income playing poker and seasoned veterans. With a little under 200 players you can play this tournament for over 4 hours. If you have ever played with Randy you know how Great a Player he is. I think when he is in a zone the only way to beat him is bad beat him. I guess with him and Burke on fire, the rest of us are playing for 3rd. Congrats Randy
