What more would a player need than to be able to see what the other guy has. I have a bit of advice that I have found helps out a bit. Whenever I see a hand being played I picture for just a moment what mathmatically to be the best hand at that stage of dealing. For example if you have pocket queens and the flop comes 2 6 Q with different suits you know it is mathmatically impossible for anyone to beat you at that point. No set higher, no straight, and no flush. So then I consider what could be a hand that would beat me with that hand. Same example a 34 could make the straight with a 5. Or if two of the flop cards are suited then there is a flush possibility. This helps me to anticipate what I can be beat by. This also tells me why a player is there. Forseeing the future cards that will destroy you is crucial i think. If you see a crucial card fall like a third diamond or a 3rd or 4th card for a straight on the board then you can bet or fold accordingly. If you forsee in your head the best hand to have in situations then it allows you to predict what will happen. A lot of times i watch people play hands and tell myself this is whats gonna happen. I am right a lot of the time. I see a guy wait for a spell to call a bet after the flop and I anticipate his draw. Then when that jack slides in right next to that ten and that king I know that something is bound to happen in the form of action. Or another example would be this. A guy bets out strong after seeing the flop with two diamonds. Another guy waits a bit but reluctantly calls. Then the turn comes another diamond. Again the first guy leads out with a bet and the guy who reluctantly called immediately reraises him hard. Easy one to see there. We all know what happens next lol. Straights are another easy one to observe. The tricky ones are the sets and the boats. Not too hard once you start my theory to picture hands and reactions that you know will come. Hope this helps.
