Hey guys,
I was just checking out my percentages over the last week on bodog. Does anyone know the rule of thumb of a decent percent for these catagories: hands won, showdowns won, wins if flo is seen?
And how about the actions what should they look like? My folding is 57 percent 73 pre-flop. If anyone has an opinion I'd appreciate the info.

Hey Jay!
Good question...The statistics are a great way to track your individual perfomance.
A good way to gauge the statistic is as follows:
Percentage of flops seen; should be under 30%. Anything above that is usually seen from a loose player;
Percentage of hands won: This number will be relatively low, a good percentage will be 15-20%, a great percentage will be 20-30 percent, and anything above 30% is AWESOME!
Win % if flop seen: This number should be right around 50%. Anything above that number is very good! If you can keep it up around 60%...that would be outstanding!
Showdowns won: Again, the higher this number, the better, but generally speaking, anything over 50% is great. Higher that this is what you should be aiming for.
*All of the above numbers are really flexible. You will find that in MTT's these numbers will be lower than you will see in STT's. So, keep that in mind when looking at these numbers.
The only concern that I see with your own personal stats is the amount you fold. It seems as though you are seeing too many hands. Just my opinion, but 57% seen means that you are seeing 43%. Break that down, and it means you are seeing 4.3 hands for every time around the table at a 10 person table. That seems a tad high. The 73% pre flop folding is run of the mill, that seems on point with most.
If you need any more assistance, please post again, and we'll be gald to help out.
